If so the North Wales Community Team are looking for a Membership Development Officer based in Mid North Wales.

You will be part of a successful and energetic team that is central to delivering the organisations work focusing on "Giving Nature a Home." As one team saving nature, we have a supportive and driven culture to help you succeed. You will receive an excellent level of ongoing support, training and the resources needed to excel in the role.
In return you will bring energy, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, resilience and a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to inspire people. Knowledge on nature and conservation is not essential but desirable. Your key to unlocking your success in this role is having the right people skills, attitude and behaviours to inspire others into action and becoming supporters.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role which, will involve working a minimum of 4 from 5 weekends.

Salary starting at

£17,276 - £18,716 per annum
