Membership Development Officer

Nature is in big trouble, but the RSPB has got big plans to save it, can you help us? We need outgoing individuals who are confident working to targets to join our team of membership fundraisers and inspire and engage members of the public, so we can secure vital support for nature. We will give you a comprehensive package of training and support to ensure that you are set up to succeed and help give nature the boost it needs.

Successful candidates will be home based, and we will provide you with your own vehicle and cover your travel costs to events, shows and venues around Suffolk and Norfolk, you will also have opportunities to work at some of the RSPB's flagship nature reserves where you will be an ambassador for the RSPB and enthuse and inspire the public to support the RSPB through membership. It truly is a job where no two days are the same.

The role will require working 3 out of 4 weekends, bank holidays and very occasionally unsociable hours. A full driving license is required.

Salary starting at

£17,276 - £18,716 per annum
