About the role
To provide comprehensive administration support to the Membership Development team, facilitating delivery of membership recruitment opportunities, event packs; weekly KPI reporting and a flexible working environment in our Wales Headquarters.

This is a role within an established office. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support of financial processes, travel and accommodation, events, organising and maintaining materials and equipment so that the Membership Recruitment team operate efficiently.

About you
You will use your excellent planning, communication and organisational skills to provide comprehensive administrative support.

As an 'all rounder' with a solutions driven approach, you will be comfortable juggling a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion. You will have knowledge of financial management, written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain relationships with individuals at all levels. You will be an effective forward-planner who thinks of the details with the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to change. You enjoy administrateive processes and organising the day-to-day activities of the team.

This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.

Salary starting at

£16,504 to £17,880 per annum pro rata

Hours & contract information

Hours: Full time, up to 25.75 hours per week
Contract: Contract to 30th September 2019
