Face to Face Membership Logistics Officer - 2 roles

Reference number: HyEw1-3 and 4

Location: Bedfordshire

Membership is crucial to the future of the RSPB, and the Face to Face Membership Logistics Officers are essential to ensure our public facing staff have everything they need to inspire the public to give nature a home.

This will include physical resources and ensuring their timely distribution to the team, as well as ensuring support systems run effectively, with clear communication of any changes to working processes.

You will be responsible for the smooth distribution of uniform, stock and other resources to every member of the team and overseeing the key processes that underpin the administration of the team, including using specialised computer software programmes.

The role demands a commitment to managing a diverse and varied workload that changes from day to day, supporting the F2F team to deliver its targets and building excellent relationships across the organisation.

If you have a high level of attention to detail, a desire to constantly review and improve processes as well as excellent communication skills then we want to hear from you.

Please send in your application/CV as soon as you are ready - we are actively recruiting and may draw the role to close when suitable applications are received. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
