PA to Northern Ireland Director, Director of Operations/Head of Land

RSPB NI are seeking an experienced PA with excellent planning, communication and organisational skills to provide comprehensive assistance and administrative support to the Director, RSPB NI and to the Operations Director/Head of Land.

The successful applicant will also act as the professional lead for administration in RSPB NI as well as managing a small team that provides office management and administration services.

The successful applicant will be able to prioritise tasks to find solutions within tight timescales in a busy office environment and will have excellent communication skills to be able to engage, manage and lead others to achieve results. They will be confident in all aspects of administration and personal assistance, with an eye for detail and accuracy and be skilled in the full suite of Microsoft Office packages.

As this postholder will have access to sensitive matters, they must be able to maintain confidentiality and represent the organisation positively.

Salary starting at

£19,602 to £21,236 per annum - Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range
