We are seeking a Visitor Experience Officer (maternity cover) to join our small team running the wonderful Strumpshaw Fen nature reserve in Norfolk.
We're looking for someone to who will work with our team of dedicated volunteers to provide a great welcome to visitors and develop inspiring encounters with nature through our programme of events and activities. You will have experience in a customer facing role and of working with volunteers. You will have great customer care skills and love to share your enthusiasm for nature with adults and children alike.
The post is part-time, based on three days a week, and you should be available for regular weekend and bank holiday working as well as occasional evenings so flexibility is essential.

Salary starting at
£17,276 to £18,716 per annum pro rata - Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range

Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Maternity cover - fixed term for 12 months
