Digital Business Partner

Reference number: A3691219

Location: Flexible

Saving nature's going to take innovation, negotiation and flexibility, as well as the ability to spot opportunities from a mile away. Are these skills that you can bring to the role of Digital Business Partner?

Digital technology is vital to the RSPB's mission to give nature a home - it's the platform from which we rally people together to speak up for nature, inspire a love of wildlife, and raise the income that pays for our conservation work in the UK and around the world.

As the RSPB's Digital Business Partner, you'll help drive the direction of digital technology within the organisation. You'll develop stronger links between the Digital Technology department and the wider organisation, seeking out opportunities to innovate across the board. You'll be an ambitious advocate for change and continual improvement.

There'll be partnerships and relationships to build and bold strategies to help implement. As a skilled communicator and negotiator, you'll champion digital technology within the organisation. You'll keep an ear to the ground to pick up new developments and trends in the external digital landscape.

Importantly, you'll be an advocate for saving nature. Nature's in big trouble - the climate crisis and loss of habitat are pushing some of our best loved species towards extinction. We won't let nature fall silent. This role is your chance to make real change possible. What do you say?

You'll be working at the RSPB Headquarters in Sandy, Bedfordshire - imagine a campus of more than 500 passionate, fascinating people, set in the middle of a nature reserve. There are woods to explore, and a heath. Plus, the canteen restaurant serves amazing fish and chips every Friday.

We are open to applications from candidates wishing to work part time hours.

Salary starting at

£29,507 to £31,966 per annum. Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range.
