Learning and Development Adviser - 2 roles

Location: Flexible, UK Headquarters. Bedfordshire preferred

We are looking for 2 x Learning and Development Advisers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing skills and play an active role in our department as we look to develop and enhance our Learning and Development programme across the organisation during a time of organisational transition.

This is an exciting role where you will be:

-Working with new teams, across directorates and functional areas from all over the UK
-Working with the wider organisation undertaking a key engagement role on behalf of both the project and L&D core team - you'll talk to people about what they need and feedback on your discussions
-Involved in developing initiatives to support individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation
-Identify organisational needs and work collaboratively and establish the learning requirements
-Coming up with ideas for blended learning solutions and be able to deliver the content in the best format

This is a key engagement role with a strong focus on both creating content and delivering it out in the wider organisation. It is important that you can build relationships at all levels, use coaching skills and be solutions focused in your approach as well as having strong organisational skills.

You'll need to be confident in your ability to work as part of a cross-organisational team. Experience of working within a project would be an asset. A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a solutions focused approach, will be essential in this role as well as the ability to travel within the four countries of the UK on a regular basis. Salary starting at

£22,073 to £25,752 per annum

Hours: Full time
Contract: Fixed Term for 15 months
