We are looking for a capable Administrator to join our friendly Lincolnshire team. Based at RSPB Frampton Marsh you will help us with the day to day running of two popular nature reserves, RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore on the Lincolnshire coast.

RSPB Frampton Marsh attract and Freiston Shore around 80,000 visits per year. We run an exciting events programme across both reserves and manage a range of habitats for wildlife. In addition, Frampton Marsh also includes a limited catering offer.

This fulfilling role helps co-ordinate and maintain the smooth-running of the whole operation so you must have administrative experience and be able to work under pressure.

Your day to day responsibilities will include managing paying invoices, arranging meetings, facilities management, ordering, and data entry

You will usually be the first point of contact for most enquiries both internal and external so you need to be well-organised, have a professional attitude, have excellent inter-personal skills and be a real team player.

Salary starting at

£16,504 - £17,880 per annum, pro rata

Hours & contract information

Hours: Part time, 22 Hours Per Week
Contract: Permanent
