Mid Value Development Manager

Reference number: A4240120

Location: Bedfordshire

The RSPB is looking for a mid-value manager to join our ambitious High Value Partnerships fundraising team.

As the largest conservation organisation in Europe, the RSPB is uniquely placed to work on the unfolding climate and biodiversity crisis. This role will work with a key segment of the RSPB audience who provide significant financial support to the organisation but have previously been under-engaged with. Working both directly and indirectly with these individuals, you will help to inspire supporters to both increase and lengthen their support to the organisation.

As a new role within the organisation, this job is an exciting opportunity for a professional fundraisier to work with other teams to increase income from supporters and help develop a major donor pipeline in a way previously not attempted.

We would love to hear from candidates who have experience and abilities in fundraising from individuals, coupled with a passion for the cause. Being comfortable with communicating en masse and on a 121 basis, you will have excellent relationship development skills and be able to effectively prioritise competing demands to ensure the best results for the organisation.
