Employee Relations Adviser - Fundraising and Communications

The RSPB is looking for an Employee Relations Advisors to join their existing team to provide support advice and guidance to managers on the full range of issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence.

Joining our committed team of ER Advisors you will have experience of working in HR preferably in an advisory capacity. You will have a clear understanding of ER policies, procedures and processes and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to build positive and effective stakeholder relationships. Your organisational skills will support you in managing competing priorities and handling your caseload efficiently and effectively.

You will need a good knowledge of employment law and be able to research relevant case law to help support the HR teams.

The ideal candidate will be qualified or working towards their to CIPD level 5 or equivalent.

Salary starting at

£25,463 to £27,585 per annum, pro rata

Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week
