Advocacy Officer

Are you an enthusiastic and persuasive advocate who will be a passionate and effective champion for the change nature needs? Are you knowledgeable about Welsh politics and keen to be nature's voice advocating for change in the Senedd? If yes, then we'd like to hear from you!

We are looking for a politically-savvy individual to be part of our advocacy team at a pivotal time for environmental policy. You will be involved in our vital work with Welsh politicians, seeking to create opportunities to influence political audiences to protect and enhance the natural environment. In parallel, you will work with colleagues across the UK to ensure the interests of the Welsh countryside, seas and wildlife are secured post Brexit. You will work in partnership with other environmental charities in Wales to secure the best policy and legislative outcomes for nature.

Salary starting at

£25,463 to £27,585 Per Annum Pro Rata

Hours & contract information

Hours: Part time, 22.5 Hours per week with some flexibility
Contract: 12 Months Maternity Cover
