Education, Families and Youth Manager

Are you passionate about nature? Do you have the experience and skills to develop, deliver and evaluate education programmes and activities that inspire the next generation to take action for nature? You will lead our work to connect children with nature in Northern Ireland, including through strategy development and advocacy of our education policy objectives. You will help implement new and exciting initiatives and support the development of experiences for young people and families across Northern Ireland, and seek out new opportunities with funders and partners.

You will be an inspiring leader with experience of developing and managing projects, leading teams and managing change, and knowledge of safeguarding, formal education and community outreach. You will have good knowledge and experience of the education and youth sector in Northern Ireland. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to prioritise and think strategically.

Salary starting at

£25,463 to £27,585 per annum, pro rata

Hours & contract information

Hours: Part time, 18.75 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
