Asset and Production Coordinator

Working in the RPSB's creative production function as Asset and Production Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in both the capture, archive and licensing of digital content.

You'll thrive on being busy and have a natural ability to switch between tasks. From maintaining digital archives and databases to taking responsibility for location management and coordination of location filming, you'll make sure any newly created and archived assets inspire RSPB audiences to help save nature.

Attention to detail is your best friend and essential in helping ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, on-time and within budget. Your exactitude and meticulous approach are crucial components for guaranteeing all project paperwork is in order.

In addition, you'll support the Creative Assets Manager to track and archive RSPB's digital and analogue assets with an emphasis in video content generation and curation. Whilst also being responsible for ensuring assets are available to both internal and external stakeholders, on a goodwill or licensed basis.

Salary starting at

£19,602 to £21,236 per annum
