RSPB Chichester Local Group: AGM 2021

This year's AGM for the year 2020/2021 is again taking place on a postal and email basis - because of continuing restrictions on meeting indoors - and we'd greatly appreciate the participation of all current Local Group Members to help us continue to run our activities in what promises to be a much more active 2021 and into 2022.
Please see the AGM Agenda below, which outlines each proposal to be voted on. If any Members have not yet received their Agenda and papers, then please get in touch as soon as possible on the phone number or email address below.

In order to vote, please read the Agenda and papers, and then use the SurveyMonkey link as instructed, or fill in the Voting Form provided and post it - or scan/photograph and email it - to the addresses below to arrive before the AGM date of 27 May 2021.

The Committee will meet on 27 May to complete the business of the AGM and discuss any issues raised by Members.

Please send your completed voting form or any questions you may have to: Carole Griffiths, Treasurer, RSPB Chichester Local Group, 21 Harberton Crescent, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 5NY, or email

Thank you!
