Cup of tea

IMPORTANT! CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES

1. ALL INDOOR MEETINGS ARE CANCELLED FROM TODAY UNTIL SEPTEMBER.
Meetings from September onwards have been planned with speakers arranged. The September meeting will be our AGM when Nick Skilbeck will give a talk using Brian Stretch's photos on their birding trip across northern India.

2. ALL COACH TRIPS ARE CANCELLED FROM TODAY UNTIL SEPTEMBER.
We will organise trips for September onwards, but rather than ask for payment we will ask for expressions of interest and only require payment when we are sure we can run the trip.
If you have paid for a cancelled trip please contact Ann Chisholm to arrange a refund, or you could agree a credit for a future trip. The decision is yours.

3. ALL RSPB WALKS ARE CANCELLED FROM TODAY UNTIL SEPTEMBER.

4. PROJECTS
Project volunteers can carry on as normal. Project work does not involve group activities so please continue to feed the farmland birds as usual. Bird surveys are done by individuals and therefore not affected by the current advice to maintain separation. Please tell Phil Hitchen if you do not wish to participate and we will rearrange the rota. There are other projects in the pipeline and we will be calling on volunteers for survey work which can be carried out alone.

5. HOLIDAYS
Our holidays are arranged by the Worcester & Malvern Bird Club (WAMBC), which will be in touch with WAMBC members in due course. Those going on the Spanish trip in April have all been contacted.

Your RSPB Group Committee will keep you informed of changes to the above situation.

Wishing you well.
