Celebrate the final night of Heath Week and venture out at dusk to track down the night time creatures on the nature reserve.

Please bring a torch and wear suitable clothing and stout shoes (temperatures can drop at night).

East Devon Heath Week - a week of heathland celebration organised by East Devon District Council Countryside Team, Devon Wildlife Trust, RSPB, Clinton Devon Estates and  Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust.

How to get to Joney's Cross car park:
Joney’s Cross car park is off the A3052 opposite Aylesbeare Common entrance (SY 057 897)
By train: Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central are the closest station. (Eight miles (12 km) from the reserve.) Complete journey by bus (leaves from Exeter Bus Station).
By bus: Bus 9 (Exeter/Sidmouth route) - request stop at Joneys Cross.
By road: Eight miles (12.8 km) east of Exeter. Six miles (9.5 km) east from the M5 on the A3052. Travel 0.5 mile (0.8 km) past the Halfway Inn, turn right towards Hawkerland and the car park is immediately on the left.
