This was taken early this morning (Bank Holiday Monday 2013) at Garston Wood, what a lovely shot my husband Robin took and how lucky were we to come across the deer peeking out of the Bluebells in the early sunlight (I take it it's a him if he has antlers!). The Bluebells were lovely although looking at them we would leave it another week or so and they might be at their best... We havent been there before and it was so peaceful and being early morning we could hear many a bird chattering away. Another walker spotted nuthatches and tree creepers.
Lovely image. Well captured with a pleasing composition and a great depth-of-field.
