A loveliness of ladybirds

I was clearing back some dying flowers in October 2009 and something red caught my eye just before I was about to cut some stems. Careful closer inspection revealed this group of ladybirds. Obviously the stems were left uncut. Internet research indicated that the group noun for ladybirds is a 'loveliness': what else?
