Learn how to identify and record butterflies

Want to know your Red Admiral from your Small Tortoiseshell?
Join us on this free workshop to learn how to identify and record
butterflies! This event will be suitable for all abilities, from
complete beginners to those with a bit more experience. We'll
spend the morning indoors learning about butterflies, then go
outside in the afternoon to create a new butterfly recording route
along the River Don.
It's hoped that attendees will go on to help with recording butterflies, either in their
own areas or at the Don.The event will take place on Tuesday 2nd April at Dunbar Street Hall (near Cruickshank Botanic
Garden) between 10am and 3pm, with time for lunch. If you are only able to make it for part of
the day you would still be welcome to attend.
Booking is required. Email Anthony on amccluskey@butterfly-conservation.org or phone 01786
459811 (leave a message if there is no answer).
