About us

The group's aim is to actively support the work of the RSPB in the local community and to involve RSPB members and the wider public in the Society's conservation, public affairs, education, fundraising and other activities to save nature in the south east. We have monthly indoor meetings from September to April and have occasional day trips to local nature reserves.

We can also give talks on birds, nature and the RSPB to community groups in the local area.

For more information about local group activities and events please contact Babs Golding on 01227 470151 or at babs@squirrels.plus.com

FOUND A SICK OR INJURED BIRD? The RSPB does not run bird hospitals or a rescue service, however the RSPCA is the national charity that helps and advises on sick and injured birds and animals - see rspca.org.uk or helpwildlife.co.uk

FOR ALL OTHER ENQUIRIES PLEASE CALL THE RSPB ENGLAND OFFICE IN BRIGHTON ON 01273 775333 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm).

So if you would like to have fun and meet like minded people contact us and help make a difference for birds and wildlife.
