A Stage for Cardiff Bay's Wildlife at the National Eisteddfod 2018 - Llwyfan i Fywyd Gwyllt Bae Caerdydd yn Eisteddfod Genedlaethol 2018

This was a completely different Eisteddfod environment to the norm, and Cardiff University, in partnership with RSPB Cymru, saw a great opportunity in using the location of the Maes to bring something new to this year's festivities. Under the supervision of Dr Rob Thomas, Senior Lecturer at the University's School of Biosciences - and a familiar face to our RSPB talks held in Llandaff - free nature walks were held twice a day all week. Roedd amgylchedd yr Eisteddfod yn hollol wahanol i'r arfer, ac mewn partneriaeth gydag RSPB Cymru, fe welodd Prifysgol Caerdydd gyfle gwych i ddefnyddio lleoliad y Maes yn y Bae a chyflwyno rhywbeth newydd i'r ŵyl eleni.
