All day field trip to Rye Harbour nature reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Discover the wildlife in a mosaic of coastal habitats - shingle, saltmarsh, saline lagoons, coastal grazing marsh, freshwater gravel pits and reedbeds.

East Grinstead Local Group 20th Anniversary Event - A View From a Mountain with Simon Barnes

Simon Barnes is a multi-award winning journalist. He was Chief Sports Writer of The Times until 2014 and also wrote a wildlife opinion column in the Saturday edition of the same newspaper. He has written many books on birdwatching including "How to be a Bad Birdwatcher". His talk is bound to be both entertaining and informative.
