Saturday, 14 August 2021

5 people enjoyed a leisurely warm and sunny stroll along the Shingle Bank to the Clare Mare reserve where we went into both of the hides.
A total of 24 species of birds were seen on what was a quiet day for our feathered friends.
Highlights - a large flock of Curlew flying low over the bay and Green Sandpiper at Claire Mare.
There were also a number of butterlies and dragonflies about.
