Coach trip to Conway RSPB reserve and Llanfairfechan

Location: Coach departs 7.30am promptly from Humberstone Gate, Leicester (opposite Sainsbury's) LE1 3PJ. Arrival back in Leicester at approximately 7.00pm.

Additional Pick Up Points - please state when booking. It is essential that we know who is expected at which pick-up point, especially if there are any last-minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather.

Indoor Meeting - Skydancers

Location: Leicester Local Group's indoor meetings are held on a Friday night at the Methodist Hall, Harborough Road, Oadby. This is on a bus route and there is ample free parking on site. For location map see:

Meetings are open to members and non-members alike.

We have some excellent and knowledgeable speakers, so please bring your friends and support both them and the group. Refreshments (coffee/tea and biscuits) are usually available.

KEITH OFFORD explores this fascinating group of birds, the harrier, of which there are 11 species throughout the world, with particular emphasis on our own hen harrier, which Keith has studied and worked with on the uplands of Wales since 1974.
