Croxall Lakes (Staffordshire Wildlife Trust)

A 104 acre site dominated by two large lakes at the confluence of three rivers within the Trent Valley floodplain.

The lakes attract a substantial number of birds throughout the year - wildfowl and waders during migration periods and wintering birds from the north. Short-eared Owls may be seen between November and January.

The reserve is located between Tamworth & Burton-on-Trent off the A513 (Grid reference: SK 188 139).
