Walthamstow Reservoirs - meeting to form a Friends of Walthamstow Wetlands group

Walthamstow Reservoirs is a very important site for birds and any developments need to be sensitively managed. There are plans and grants to create a Walthamstow Wetlands.

On Friday 31st May 2013 there was an inaugural meeting with a view to setting up a Friends of Walthamstow Wetlands group. Representatives (David Mooney and Kate Burgess) from the London Wildlife Trust were present to support the setting up of this group.
