Please contact your MP & ask them to attend the debate on 31st October

Earlier this year a petition calling for a ban on grouse shooting received over 100,000 signatures triggering a debate in parliament.

The debate will take place on 31st October 2016 and it is important that MPs attend to discuss the future of grouse moors and the importance of our iconic birds of prey including the hen harrier.

Please help by contacting your MP and asking them to attend the debate.

Bee Aware

Bee Aware

Unfortunately our advertised speaker had to cancel at short notice but luckily Peter Dalby, an experienced local beekeeper from Pebadale Apiaries, stepped into the breach! He enjoys passing on his knowledge and enthusiasm and talked about general bee keeping, bees and their current problems and threats.

He brought some of his products to the talk so there was the opportunity to buy some or win some honey in the raffle!
