Consall Nature Park, opened in 1989 is situated within the beautiful valley of the River Churnet. Part of the park is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and here the emphasis is on nature conservation, whilst at the same time welcoming the public to enjoy the paths, fishing and picnic facilities.
There are many walks in this area including walks along the Churnet Valley and into an RSPB reserve.
