Coach outing to Walberswick, Suffolk

Walberswick village has: two Inns and several tea rooms, restaurants; an art gallery, original crafts and gift shops; public toilets; and a ferry (rowing boat) or a bailey bridge to cross the Blythe to neighbouring Southwold.
Two circular walks of 2.5 miles or 3.75 miles. Along the river Blythe and the sea; explore Robinson's marshes and W'w common. The Walberswick coastal area is a National Nature Reserve. The reserve incorporates the Dunwich river that runs parallel with the coast.

Pulborough reserve has lovely views over flood meadows (or brooks) across to the River Arun; and the South Downs National Park. Café and Shop. Wetland Trail: gentle walk just over 2 miles (3.5 km). Heathland Trail: about 1˝ miles with short trail is just over ˝ mile.
