THE RAPTORS OF SHROPSHIRE AND BEYOND BY ALAN HEATH 26TH SEPTEMBER
An overview of Raptors as a group, followed by a look at the status of Raptors within the county and some of the work being carried by some of the members of the Shropshire Raptor Study Group. Alan is a well known local Ornithologist with an excellent knowledge of Ornithology in Shropshire and further afield.

FIELD TRIP BELVIDE RESERVOIR SUNDAY 17TH SEPTRMBER
The trip to Belvide is an opportunity to visit a well known birdwatching site that is managed by the West Midlands Bird Club. There are excellent facilities including a new hide. Recent reports include Spotted Redshank, Ruff and Arctic Tern.
