Support the Yorkshire Swan Rescue Hospital

Support the Yorkshire Swan Rescue Hospital

As LG members learnt at the inspiring talk given by Dan Sidley this afternoon, the Yorkshire Swan Rescue Hospital, near Drax is responding to many thousands of calls each and every year to injured animals.
Founded in 2005, YSRH was established to meet the urgent need to assist hundreds of injured wild swans across the region, offering a 24-hour rescue service, dedicated hospital facilities and sanctuary to these magnificent birds.
YSRH also rescues other injured wild animals, including ducks, geese, foxes, badgers, deer and birds of prey, all with the aim of rehabilitating and returning each animal back to the wild.
