Old Moor RSPB reserve in the Dearne Valley near Barnsley led by Kathy Jones and leaving Turner Street, Wigan at 8am.

The reserve regularly holds two or three pairs of breeding bitterns, bearded tit, three pairs of barn owl breeding avocet, Cetti's warbler, kingfisher and tree sparrow but a real bonus would be a return of the little bittern which spent last summer.
