Come and get wild in the woods! Our Forest School will give your child the chance to explore  and have fun in nature at  RSPB Arne!

During our forest school holiday session we will spend three hours in the woods learning through natural play. Popular activities might include discovering woodland wildlife, tree climbing, lighting fires, team games and shelter building.

For children aged 6-11years.

The woods are a great place for building confidence and learning social skills. With this in mind, we encourage parents and guardians to leave children in the care of the group leaders for the morning.

Adults are welcome to explore the reserve, visit our shop or relax with a cup of tea and cake in our café.

Children should wear outdoor clothing, with sturdy footwear and waterproofs or sunhats depending on the weather!

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements as we do provide some snacks, for example biscuits or toasted marshmallows!
