REMINDER -- Members Group Talk -- 'Urban Peregrines' -- by Ed Drewet -- Wed. 11th March

Ed, a noted naturalist and broadcaster, has made a special study of the urban peregrines in Bristol and has written a book on the subject. With peregrines now making regular forays at the pigeons on buildings in Bromley High Street and breeding at several sites in Greater London, this should be a fascinating talk on a phenomenon we can see for ourselves.

GARDEN BIRD FEEDING SURVEY 2015

January was a mild wet month. As in last years survey, many of you are noticing that bird numbers in your garden are down on previous years. There were 39 species seen this year. 38 last year but 45 in 2013.
41 members submitted records this year.
As in previous years in the full list percentage birds/days are shown for the top ten species. The 2014 positions are shown in brackets.
