We are looking forward to visiting RSPB Rainham Marshes reserve by coach on Sunday February 15th. This is our first trip to a relatively new reserve having a "state of the art" visitor centre. Backing onto the River Thames in East London, Rainham is already attracting impressive numbers of waterfowl to its lagoons. The reserve is one of the best places to find wintering rock and water pipits and has recently attracted penduline tits! See the "Events" page for details of how to book if you are interested in going or alternatively contact Martin Johnson (01763 249459).
