Plymouth Local Group Kingsbridge Estuary birdwatching cruise.

Location: Kingsbridge aboard Rivermaid, departs Boatyard Quay at 1.45pm, suggest members meet at 1.15pm.
Boatyard Quay is along Embankment Road just past Jewsons (when heading out of town along the A379)

Birdwatching cruise from Kingsbridge around the estuary.

Time: 1.15pm for 1.45pm departure

Price: £15 tickets available from Group Leader or direct from Kingsbridge Tourist Information Office.

Plymouth Local Group walk at Avon Dam

Location: Meet at Shipley Bridge car park which has toilets.
Map ref SX 681629

Walk from Shipley Bridge, nr South Brent, to Avon Dam looking out for autumn migrants and with luck ring ouzel.
This is a gentle uphill walk which is tarmacked.

In the event of bad weather the event will be cancelled, check if unsure.

Walk with Plymouth Local Group , Exminster Marshes.

Location: RSPB Exminster Marshes is at grid ref. SX954872.
The reserve is on the west side of the R.Exe. At the southern end of Exminster village take the Station Road exit from the Swans Nest roundabout off the A379.Go past the Swans Nest Inn and over the railway bridge.
The lane to the RSPB car park is the immediately to the right. (signposted)

In the evnt of bad weather the walk will be cancelled, if unsure please check.
