RSPB

Singing & Ringing Guided Walk

Saturday 22 September

8am-11am

Price: £20 (RSPB members £16)

Booking essential

Go behind the scenes on this exclusive guided birdwatching walk in search of the birds and other wildlife that breed at Leighton Moss. Listen to the sounds of the reserve in autumn and discover areas of the reserve where there is ordinarily no public access. You will also be able to meet and observe trained RSPB experts catching and ringing birds as part of ongoing scientific study - see birds close up before they are released!

Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn.

Please note that this event may be cancelled if the weather is unsuitable for ringing - customers will be notified in advance and fully refunded.

We are situated in Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). AONBs throughout the country are celebrating Outstanding Week from 15-23 September with lots of events to help people connect with nature in their own local area.
